David Hott, Founder and CEO
David has held a number of leadership roles during his 20 plus years in the technology arena.
Having served as CIO, CTO, Software Developer, and Financial Controller, David has working knowledge of the challenges that teams face at all levels of an organization.
His experience in the "C" level positions has enabled him to develop the skill of effectively assessing and communicating the project status, issues, risks, and benefits to both the operational and executive teams.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. In addition to his technical and leadership experience in the corporate and operations side of the real estate industry, David enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Ron Garcia, Co-Founder and Vice President
Ron Garcia has been a residential realtor since 2005, and is also a co-founder of Hott Solutions. Ron’s strength and stellar performance in real estate can be credited to his mix of honest guidance, mastery in negotiating deals and cutting-edge marketing strategies that greatly benefit sellers and buyers. He’s earned a reputation for developing trust with his diverse and loyal clientele. Ron will not encourage deals unless he’s convinced that they are the right fit for his clients. Ron Garcia gets referrals based on his integrity, knowledge, and sales!
As a residential real estate agent and apartment building owner, he knows the challenges faced by owners/investors in managing the dynamic relationships between tenants and management, and has experience in 1031 exchanges. He is also a results-driven individual with 17 years of Telecom Project Management experience at Network Equipment Technologies. His goal to keep clients happy, has served him well as a Real Estate Agent. Setting and managing expectations is what he does best!
When not working, he’s passionate about being active and spending time with his family and friends. Ron feel’s so fortunate to have guided many wonderful people through the complex Peninsula/Silicon Valley real estate process. The strong client relationships he’s forged are the backbone of his business, and the reason for his success.
Danielle Spandau, Vice President of Operations
Danielle Spandau has over 20 years of business management experience across multiple industries. She is a high-performing operations and marketing professional with expertise in building/optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructure to maximize business results in product & business development and service operations.
Danielle is passionate about applying technology to real world problems with innovative solutions. She is a creative problem solver good at breaking down the company’s big picture goals into achievable targets for the team.
A sought-after mentor and coach who has helped a variety of teammates, colleagues and investors reach successful areas in their personal and career development, tactical and critical thinking, work load prioritization, strategic decision making, and overall positive lifestyle changes. Martha Garcia, Office Manager / Billing
Martha brings over 20 years of experience managing various types of offices. Her background includes accounting, coordinating office staff, analyze and monitor internal processes, coordinate schedules, appointment and bookings, and handles customer inquiries and complaints.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency necessary to manage a busy and successful office practice. She has excellent communication skills, problem analysis and assessment, decision making, initiative, integrity, adaptability, teamwork and collaboration.
When not at work, Martha enjoys spending time with family and friends.
