Ron Garcia has been working in the Residential Real estate market since January 2005. As a residential real estate agent and apartment building owner, he is aware of the challenges faced by owners/investors in managing the dynamic relationships between tenants and management, with experience in 1031 exchanges.


When not working, he’s passionate about being active and spending time with his family and friends. Ron was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and lives on the Peninsula. He feel’s so fortunate to have helped navigate so many wonderful people through the complex Peninsula/Silicon Valley real estate process.
